ABBONDIO
“Abbondio”è prodotto in Brianza e come il personaggio manzoniano da cui deve il nome, non prende posizione e si conforma al volere degli altri. Per questo è un mobile Bi-fronte, pensato per adattarsi a diversi usi, con un’unica regola: essere il protagonista dello spazio entro cui lo si colloca.
“Abbondio” is made in Brianza and, as a character from a novel by Manzoni (its namesake), it doesn’t take position and it fit with the will of others. For this reason is a double-face furniture, designed to be fixable to different uses. It has one and only one rule: it has to be the protagonist of the space where it is placed.
FRUTTAGE
Si presenta come un porta tovaglioli, ma si ispira ai soprammobili vintage (di marmo, legno o ceramica), con tema la natura morta, che popolavano le mensole dei nostri nonni. Attraverso un’operazione a metà tra bricolage e arte, sono stati reinterpretati ripensando ai frutti della storia dell’arte e con la luce si proiettano su qualsiasi superficie si trovi intorno a loro.
It comes as a modern napkin holder, but is based on vintage ornaments (marble, wooden or ceramic), with still life theme, typical of our grandparents’ house. Through a mash-up operation between bricolage and art, we reinterpreted and refreshed them, using fruits from Art history; and through the lights can be projected onto nearby surfaces.
DINO
È un comodino che si vuole distinguere per questo motivo è unico e non in coppia come vuole la tradizione. La sua unicità è data dall’elaborato disegno che lo caratterizza. Tutti i dettagli seguono un disegno geometrico apparentemente astratto, ma coerente su tutti i lati.
Dino is a nightstand. It wants to diversify itself from the others and for this reason is single and not in couple as tradition. Its singularity comes from a complex draw: the main defining thing about it. All the details follow the geometric design, apparently abstract, but coherent on all sides.
MAPS-TILE
Ogni città è unica al mondo, la storia e la cultura ne modificano le architetture e la forma della città creando un disegno, una trama che viene evidenziata da colori forti. La tessitura della città diviene così immediatamente riconoscibile anche all’occhio non allenato. Piastrelle di ceramica da collezionare come mappa dei propri viaggi.
Every city is unique in the world. Their history and culture change their architecture and shapes: a drawing comes from this combination. A pattern emerged from bright colors. The Texture of the city becomes identifiable also from no expert audience. Ceramic tiles to collect as a travel memories.
